TIBCO hereby announces that extended support is available for eligible customers for the following products:
  • TIBCO Scribe® Insight v7.9.5 available through 11:59 pm Pacific Time on November 30, 2023
This extended support will apply to all product components, including:
  • TIBCO Scribe Insight Adapter For Microsoft Dynamics AX v1.2.3
  • TIBCO Scribe Insight Adapter For Microsoft Dynamics 365 And CRM v5.6.2
  • TIBCO Scribe Insight Adapter For Dynamics GP v4.4.4
  • TIBCO Scribe Insight Adapter For Microsoft Dynamics NAV v3.2.1
  • TIBCO Scribe Insight Adapter For Salesforce v2.8.3
  • TIBCO Scribe Insight Adapter For Saleslogix v7.9.4
  • TIBCO Scribe Insight Adapter For Web Services v1.5.6
Eligibility
Extended support for these products is available for purchase to customers when replacing their TIBCO Scribe Insight license with a TIBCO Cloud™ Integration subscription.

Scope
The scope and terms of extended support for TIBCO Scribe Insight include:
  • The ability to submit cases for eligible product versions
  • TIBCO assistance providing workarounds and available fixes for issues reported
  • Maintenance service level initial response and follow-up response times are according to Customers’ existing Maintenance service level
Support requests that involve third-party Software will be subject to the availability of third-party software and environments.

The scope and terms of extended support for TIBCO Scribe Insight exclude:
  • Enhancements, service packs, or defect corrections
  • Support for new platforms (database or API versions, operating system versions, TIBCO infrastructure products, etc.)
  • Backporting of any fixes (including, but not limited to, bug or security fixes) from later product versions
  • Support for deprecated features of third-party software
