Description
Webstatistica/Statistica Server Errors out while scheduling tasks with "Failed to create or update a scheduled job: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated." How can this be resolved?
Issue/Introduction
Webstatistica/Statistica Server Errors out while scheduling tasks with "Failed to create or update a scheduled job: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated."
Resolution
1. Logon to the WebStatistica/ Statistica Application Server as an Administrator and Launch Local Security Policy. You may type secpol.msc to launch the same.
2. In the tree, navigate to Security Settings >> Local Policies >> Security Options and disable : Network access: Do not allow storage of passwords and credentials for network authentication
3. Close Local policy and schedule task in Webstatistica.
