Beginning with Statistica 13.5, Visualization Designer is a Right To Use (RTU) product and is licensed separately from Statistica.  What does this mean?

This article discusses why there is no download for the Statistica Visualization Designer and what Right To Use means.

The license for Visualization Designer is typically installed with Statistica if it was included in the order.  If Visualization Designer does not work and you have ordered this product, contact TIBCO support here. Please include your Statistica serial number when contacting support. To find out about how to use the TIBCO Support Portal, see the information  here.  

There is no license or installer to download as Visualization Designer is either included with the Statistica installation keys or it is not included (it is a module embedded in Statistica). The information below, found on edelivery, is just informational about the Right to Use and the "DOWNLOAD" button is not functional:



To check to see if Visualization Designer is available, using the ribbon bar, select the Home tab-->drop down arrow at the bottom of New-->Dashboard:




Otherwise, If the Dashboards is grayed out it is not available:
