Description
Client didn't receive localized installation keys to install the German version of Statistica. Can we use these keys to install Statistica 13, German?
Beginning with Statistica 13, installation keys can be used to install any of the different languages of Statistica 13. Prior to Statistica 13, installation keys had to be specifically made for each language version, e.g., Statistica 12 Spanish could only be installed with Spanish installation keys. The serial number for Advanced Statistica 12, in Spanish, would begin with AXAS. Now, all serial numbers will begin with 3 alphabetical characters.
Note: Installation keys must match the major version release, e.g., installation keys for Statistica 12.7 will not install any version of Statistica 13.

Resolution
The fulfillment email, provided after the Statistica order has been processed, will contain the installation keys and the exact version which can be installed.
