Description
The following error occurs when I launch my Statistica Academic version:
Environment
Windows operating systems only. Academic versions only.
Resolution
SOLUTION ONE 1. Uninstall Statistica (Control Panel-->Programs and Features, right-click on Statistica Academic and choose "Uninstall")
2. Re-install Statistica using the original installation keys provided by OnTheHub
SOLUTION TWO For both Statistica Basic Academic version or the Statistica Ultimate Academic bundle, download the attached stat.xml file. Then copy the file to the Statistica 13 application folder (typical location is C:\Program Files\Statistica\Statistica 13 Academic\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\Statistica\Statistica 13 Academic).
Note: This issue only occurs with academic bundles purchased from OnTheHub (serial numbers with HUB-x at the end).
