It is not possible to update a Statistica trial license with purchased installation keys.  The trial must be uninstalled and then Statistica must be installed with the new installation keys provided. This is because the keys dictate the modules of Statistica installed and trial may have had only a limited number of modules.

It is not possible to update a Statistica trial license with purchase installation keys. It is necessary to uninstall the Statistica trial and install Statistica with the new installation keys provided.

To update the license information and also to make sure the specific analytic modules purchased are installed, follow these steps:

1.  Uninstall the Statistica Trial (From Control Panel-->Programs and Features).  See  https://support.tibco.com/s/article/How-to-uninstall-and-un-register-Statistica-single-user-desktop

Note:If the server features of the Statistica trial was used and those configurations saved in Statistica Enterprise need to be ported to the purchased license , then choose "Use existing Database schema" during the install and point the installer to the same database that was used for the Statistica trial.
