How to apply a license file on a Statistica network installation. Network installations include concurrent (CNET), borrowed (BNET) , and server (enterprise) installs. To update the license file on a single-user desktop version, see How to apply a new license file (single-user desktop version).
Important Note: The heartbeat between the daemon and the workstations is one minute for Statistica 12.7 and earlier, two minutes for Statistica 12.7 through 13.5, and three minutes for 14.0 and higher. Installing a new license file typically takes less then one minute so users should not experience any issues with currently checked out features during the installation of the new license file.
Statistica 13.5 and lower
1. Save the license file, stat.lic, to any location on the server hosting the licensing service (desktop location preferred)
2. For Windows Server 2012 and higher, go to Start-->All Apps (or All Programs)-->Statistica <version #>. Right-click on the Concurrent License Manager and select More then Select "Run as administrator." Then click "Yes" on the User Account Control message to allow the application to make changes to your computer:
For Windows Server 2008 R2, open the Concurrent License Manager from the Start | All Programs | Statistica location as administrator by right-clicking and selecting "Run as administrator." Click the "Yes" or "OK" button to allow changes to be made to the computer. Note: If all the options in step 3, below, do not appear, when launching the Concurrent License Manager, the license manager dialog will be limited, as below: will be limited, as below:
3. Click on the 'Install License File' button (Statistica 12 and higher; older versions show a 'Update License File' button instead):
4. Browse to the location of the stat.lic file and select it
5. Click the 'Open' or 'OK' button and a message will appear indicating the previous license file has been backed up and the stat.lic file has been updated successfully.
6. Click on the 'Restart Service' button. A message will appear indicated the service has been restarted.
The Concurrent License Manager date should now match the date in the applied license file.

Statistica 14.0 and higher/TIBCO Data Science - Workbench

3. Follow Step 3 through 6 above.
The Statistica License Manager should now show "This license does not need an extension code" under license information.
