Automatic registration failed during and after installation with the following error:

1  No internet connection

2.  Internet connection blocked or restricted by proxy

There may be other reasons why automatic registration fails.

Note:  Manual registration is available for trial installs.  Manual registration is not available for OnTheHub installations (serial numbers with HUB-x at the end).  

DESKTOP INSTALLS

1.  Go to the registration web site (on another machine, if necessary) located here:   https://registration.statsoft.com/

2. Fill out all the information and upload the StatSoftRegistration.txt file,  located in the Statistica executable folder.  The typical location is located in one of the following locations:
 

4.  A license file, stat.lic, will be generated and sent to the email submitted in the online form. 3.  Click the Submit button:

NETWORK INSTALLS (includes all Concurrent, Borrowing, and Enterprise-type installs)

1.  Go to the registration web site (on another machine, if necessary) located here:  https://registration.statsoft.com/

2. Fill out all the information and upload the StatSoftRegistration.txt file,  located in the FLEXlm folder.  The typical location is C:\Program Files (x86)\StatSoft\FLEXlm\.

      Important Note:  Beginning with Statistica 13.3.0, the typical location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Statistica 13\FLEXlm\.

3.  Click the Submit button.

3.  A license file, stat.lic, will be generated and sent to the email submitted in the online form.  Expect an email from statistica.licensing@tibco.com.  Check SPAM filters if email does not arrive from statistica.licensing@tibco.com.
