Statistica users added in Enterprise manager could encounter the issue of not having the permission to launch Statistica due to the removal of effective permissions. Removal of these permissions could be due to interfering in the Statistica meta-database or removal of users from the active directory ( AD ) group that had group sync. To resolve this issue, Statistica users could try some resolutions as below:
Resolution 1 : 1) Log in to Statistica with default admin credentials or have a system administrator for Statistica Enterprise to make the below changes
2) Click on the " Enterprise Manager " option in the Enterprise tab
3) Navigate the respective user in the " User Administration " section and click on it.
4) Select at least the "User(USR)" checkbox from the "User permissions" dialog and commit the changes.
5) Close Statistica.
5) Log in with the username/password that was throwing errors.
