My license is expiring soon (or is already expired) and I want to extend my license file for my installed Statistica Ultimate Academic Bundle (or Statistica Basic Academic Bundle).  How do I do that?

The license file for Statistica Ultimate Academic Bundle cannot be extended nor can it be renewed. Statistica must be uninstalled and a new installation with new installation keys is necessary.  Please follow these steps:

1.  Place another order for Statistica through OnTheHub.  The new order information will be emailed which includes new installation keys and installation instructions.  

2.  Uninstall the currently installed Statistica Ultimate Academic Bundle (Note:  Any files or folders created by the user will not be deleted).

3. Download the installer files from OnTheHub, start the installation process, and  use the new installation keys provided with the new order to complete the installation.
