NOTE:  Only available in Statistica 12 and later.

An Access Code is 15 alphanumeric characters in length and is used to modify license files. 

 An Access Code:

• offers an easy way to update the Statistica license file with new license expiration date
• adds or removes features to/from the license file, respectively (not available for all features)
• adds or removes user counts (not available for all features)

1.  Request Access Code (allow up to 48 hours for the request to be processed)

When a renewal order is processed via sales, the request for an Access Code should be submitted by them when the renewal order is submitted.   If the renewal order has been processed but no Access Code was sent, create a support case here.   

Note:  The current license file MUST be attached to the Access Code request so we can confirm the Access Code will be created for the correct serial number.  To find the current license file see How to find the Statistica license file (stat.lic).  Also the new order or new serial number must be provided.  

 

2.  Apply Access Code
