I already have Statistica currently installed and I have renewed my order but now I just need to update my license file.  How do I do that?

1.  Submit a case to TIBCO Statistica Support here and provide the current license file.  See How to find the Statistica license file (stat.lic).  If Statistica 13 or above is already installed, request an Access Code to update the license file to match the expiration date on the new order.  

Note:  For installs prior to Statistica 12.0A,  it is required to uninstall Statistica and install the latest version with the new set of installation keys provided.  For network installs, uninstall from the server and from every client/workstation.
 

2.  Once the Access Code is received, apply the Access Code  (How to apply an Access Code to update a Statistica license file).
